Your role at Clorox:
The Associate Analytics Manager supports business growth by applying advanced analytics and consumer insights to solve strategic challenges. This role partners with Business Units and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, frame business problems, and deliver actionable solutions using core Analytics & Data Science (A&DS) methods. It also helps scale analytical capabilities across the organization, implements best practices, and ensures analytics is embedded in key decisions. Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills are essential to drive impact and align insights with business goals.In this role, you will:
Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support Business Unit planning and drive measurable results.
Promote adoption of Analytics & Data Science methods to enable faster, smarter decision-making.
Enhance business ROI and improve A&DS efficiency across key functional areas.
Contribute to BU goal-setting and prioritization through data-driven insights.
Integrate analytics into BU decision-making processes and planning cycles.
Leverage consumer, competitive, and category analytics to inform strategy and foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and PSO.
Apply advanced analytics techniques, including:
Marketing mix modeling
Test & control analysis (e.g., ANCOVA)
Digital media and performance analytics
Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
Forecasting and predictive modeling using sales and consumer data
Pricing and promotion simulations
Spend optimization
Market structure analysis
Business intelligence and performance tracking
Act as a key analytics partner to the business, championing A&DS and embedding insights into critical processes such as the One Demand Plan, Integrated Business Planning, and Multi-Year Planning.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure the integration and impact of analytics on business strategy.
Collaborate with other A&DS teams (e.g., Capability Enablement, Measurement, Data Science) to support broader analytics initiatives and project work.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science); MS or MBA preferred
2–5+ years of relevant business experience (or 1–3+ years with a graduate degree)
Experience in digital analytics (client or agency side) is a plus
Technical & Analytical
Strong Excel skills; experienced with Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of SQL and Python
Hands-on experience with analytics techniques like:
Marketing mix modeling
Forecasting and predictive modeling
Pricing and promotion analysis
Market structure insights
Business & People
Fluent in Spanish (mandatory)
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas simply
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines
Team player who works well independently too
Open-minded, curious, and willing to speak up with new ideas
