Job Description
Have you ever walked down an aisle in your local grocery store and wondered why your favorite beverage or food product moved? At NielsenIQ, we work with U.S. retailers to help them understand their consumers, and to optimize their business down every aisle.
As a Customer Success & Insights Analyst, you are responsible for all client activity and the overall success of NielsenIQ at the customer. This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through the data and analytics which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance. This role has deep knowledge of the customer’s business and industry that enable you to identify new opportunities for NIQ to drive value. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $55,500.00 - $71,400.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
