Digital Services Sales Executive

Ciberspring is a tech-first precision engagement agency focused on delivering innovative digital solutions across multiple verticals including digital consulting, systems integration, and marketing technology. We are seeking a motivated Digital Services Sales Executive with experience selling digital consulting and marketing technology projects to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships.

Skills

  • Experience in selling digital consulting, systems integration, and marketing technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of marketing suite platforms such as Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Proven sales track record with ability to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly motivated and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for digital consulting, systems integration, and marketing technology services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Present customized proposals and articulate business value to secure client buy-in.
  • Attend client meetings and in-person industry events as needed.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to digital consulting and marketing technology.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in business, marketing, or technology-related fields.
