Responsibilities
- Oversee Financial Administration operations including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billings/Collections, and Revenue Accounting.
- Supervise and mentor the North American accounting team.
- Analyze financial performance versus budgets and provide insights.
- Ensure quality control over transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
- Review journal entries and certify monthly account reconciliations.
- Perform monthly SOX controls.
- Coordinate with internal departments and international offices on operational issues.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Contribute to technical accounting tasks and memos.
Education
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience including public accounting.
