Responsibilities
- Support systems, analytics, data, and order processing within sales and marketing functions.
- Align operational resources to meet business objectives.
- Document end-to-end marketing and sales processes and educate end users on system functionality.
- Analyze gaps, recommend improvements, and influence workstream execution.
- Report project updates and present recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with integrations and analytics teams to design data flows and create reporting requirements for KPIs.
- Implement bi-directional pipeline routing with internal stakeholders.
- Configure Marketing and CRM systems and work with developers to automate, streamline, and scale sales processes.
Education
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
