GTO Program Manager
Skills
- Project management expertise in SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of SaaS subscription industry processes (marketing, sales, support)
- Experience with project management platforms like Asana, Smartsheets, Jira
- Advanced scrum/agile and waterfall methodology skills
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist GTO department heads and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and coordinate sprint reviews
- Lead work streams, sprints, or small projects independently while supporting larger programs
- Consolidate and present project results to stakeholders including senior leaders
- Schedule, lead, and document project updates
- Design and maintain intake forms for project requirement triaging and prioritization
- Document action items and follow up rigorously with stakeholders
- Drive quarterly and annual GTO all-hands meetings to highlight accomplishments and priorities
- Contribute to developing standard project processes and tools across GTO teams
- Serve as gatekeeper, SME, and administrator for project management tools
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
