- Proven success in software implementations or customer onboarding with enterprise clients
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including index matching and VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, equity, and capitalization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams
- Adaptability and problem-solving in ambiguous situations
- Maintaining confidentiality as required
Responsibilities
- Support new clients and their law firms in onboarding and implementing capitalization tables and securities on Carta
- Manage large and complex datasets with high attention to detail
- Coordinate and manage inputs from clients and law firms throughout implementation
- Maintain data quality during the onboarding process
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of onboarding
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance customer onboarding experience
Education
- Relevant degree in finance, accounting, business, or related fields preferred
