As Principal Product Manager for AI at Camunda, you will join a highly motivated international team that’s building the next generation of process orchestration and automation platforms, combining non-deterministic and deterministic orchestration. In this role, you’ll lead Camunda’s AI strategy and drive innovative solutions that strengthen our position as a market leader. What you'll be doing:

• Define the AI Product Strategy to guide development and align stakeholders with a clear roadmap.

• Serve as the Voice of AI during customer and partner presentations to showcase the benefits and future direction of AI in Camunda.

• Facilitate Rapid Iteration in small increments without losing sight of the overarching AI vision and product goals.

What you bring:

• Proven experience working with a diverse set of applications that overlap with our existing source and destination integration portfolio.

• Direct product management experience with fast moving technologies like AI

• Familiarity with OKRs, customer research techniques, product design, Go-To-Market planning, backlog management, and Agile team methodologies.

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience managing products used by IT departments (e.g., Software Developers, Operations).

• Experience working with platform products available both as SaaS and on-premises.

• Experience in AI & ML platforms

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence. 

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows: 

• United States: $181,000.00 to $271,500.00
  

• Germany: €120,400.00 to €180,600.00

• United Kingdom: £1173000.00 to £176,000.00

• Singapore: S$224,800.00 to S$337,200.00
