CSCS TXESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Update and maintain daily recruitment reports using data from Workday and internal system (CORE) with 100% data integrity
- Monitor data accuracy and proactively flag inconsistencies or missing information
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks and additional reporting needs
- Help streamline reporting processes and recommend improvements where applicable
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, functions, tables) for data entry and reporting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members- written and verbal
This position will be based at our Headquarters in Lewisville, TX
