Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Specialist to manage and execute company events, promotional initiatives, and client-facing experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and experienced in coordinating both corporate and marketing-focused events.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event objectives are met
Manage budgets, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution
Evaluate event performance and provide post-event reports
Ensure brand consistency and professionalism across all event materials
Source and negotiate with vendors and venues
Manage event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for event execution
