ABOUT THE POSITION
HR Business Partner at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be embedded within the heart of the business, supporting our managers and teams with strategic insights, people-first processes, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Your Role: As our HR Business Partner, you'll be the go-to partner for managers and employees. You’ll also contribute to refining our people processes, leading projects, and helping shape the BURGA experience as we scale.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with managers to drive team development, structure planning, and leadership growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, offering support and consultation on various day-to-day topics and sensitive matters.
- Lead and support initiatives across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, trial talks, exit interviews, feedback processes, etc.
- Coordinate and improve core HR processes such as 360° feedback and organizational climate reviews.
- Drive and support cross-functional initiatives, process implementations, and updates to HR policies.
- Use data, feedback, and market analysis to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
- Handle difficult situations with a proactive approach and clear, calm decision-making.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in a fast-paced environment is a must, preferably within a scaling or high-growth company.
- Strong communication and coaching skills- you can challenge and support in equal measure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, high-growth company.
- Experience with feedback processes, org design, onboarding/offboarding, and employee consultation.
- A sharp analytical mindset.
- Confidence in navigating complex or sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
- Fluent English
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Excel, Asana, or HiBob would be considered as a plus.
SALARY: 3100- 4000 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
