Position Overview:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is targeting experienced leaders for a Business Operations Manager position supporting our Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) in North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees performing business management activities in the area of Business Operations.

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

• Ensures work statement compliance. Ensures consistent management system processes and tools are used.

• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

• 2+ years of experience leading and developing people in either a formal management position or as a technical lead

• Ability to influence cross-functional groups to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800
