Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Associate Supply Chain Analysts to join our MMO Production Control team in support of the Executive Fleet team in San Antonio Texas.
The Supply Chain Analyst will have responsibility across all airplane programs. This position will incorporate change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.
This is a motivated team that works together to solve complicated supply chain problems and enable successful production. You will contribute as a team member alongside subject matter experts in the field of supply chain, inventory management and expedite to deliver solutions that help The Boeing Company deliver safe, better and more efficient airplanes and products.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Production Schedule Alignment: Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets
Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
Cost Savings & Efficiency Initiatives: Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/MRP(Material Requirements Planning) System Utilization: Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP,
Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively Analyzes complex material requirements and verifies/incorporates bills of material into production plans and ensures on time delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3 + years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
1+ years’ of experience with GOLD
3 + years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
