We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SVP, Client Executive - Digital Assets and Solutioning to join our Treasury Services Sales team. This role is located in New York, NY - HYBRID. 

In the SVP, Client Executive role you will lead the development and execution of innovative solutions for prospects and clients leveraging digital assets and blockchain technologies. This role focused on integrating emerging payment and treasury solutions into traditional frameworks, helping clients optimize cash flow, manage liquidity, and stay ahead of technological trends.


As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and position the bank as a leader in digital asset treasury solutions.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, serving as a strategic partner in implementing Treasury Services Solutions at the intersection of TradFi and DeFi.
  • Advise clients on the integration of digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization, and decentralized finance (DeFi) into their treasury operations.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for TS tied to digital asset ecosystems, including custody, liquidity management and FX.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop cutting edge TS solutions across the institutional client base.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory, risk and compliance standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, across various LOB's including product, risk and compliance, and legal to structure and execute deals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive developments, and regulatory updates in digital assets and blockchain.
  • Educate internal and external clients on the benefits, challenges and evolving landscape of digital assets.
  • Represent the bank at industry conferences and forums to establish thought leadership.
  • Drive alignment with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of cash management solutions for institutional clients across digital assets.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of work experience in Sales preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Treasury Services and Payments, good understanding of the evolving digital asset ecosystem, and decentralized finance
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environment and mitigate risk effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
