- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with application development teams to understand requirements and provide QA input during design reviews.
- Facilitate test planning and execution with end users for manual and automated testing.
- Develop comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices across the software development life cycle.
- Track, document, and report testing progress and defects using appropriate tools.
- Provide guidance on QA process improvements and participate in root cause analysis.
- Utilize testing tools and stay current with emerging QA methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
