Job Title: Executive Assistant III

Job Description

Are you the person who is always looking around corners and anticipating needs? Do you believe that details matter and want to support a highly engaged team? We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, highly organized, and creative Executive Assistant to provide support for potentially three leaders within a growing global team. This position requires the ability to work successfully within a team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization, and become the go-to person for support activities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars.
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritize executive tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.
• Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, both international and domestic.
• Participate in event planning and drive key team activities, including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, and supply ordering.
• Collaborate with other executive assistants within the organization and throughout the broader AWS/AmSec team to drive best practices and cross-collaboration of efficiencies.

Essential Skills

• 5-7 years of executive support experience, at least at the Director level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong calendar management skills.
• Administrative support and assistance expertise.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in executive support roles.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

The role is fully onsite in Seattle, requiring attendance five days a week. The team is growing with potential for extension or conversion based on performance, providing a dynamic and collaborative work setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
