Skills: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of HR or recruiting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Location: This position is based in Leawood, Kansas, and operates on a hybrid schedule.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $80,000.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Human Resources (HR) Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for partnering with the talent acquisition team and human resource leaders to schedule candidates for interviews with all levels of the business and leaders. The Human Resources Senior Coordinator is also responsible for execution of select role offer letters and background checks. In addition, the Human Resources Senior Coordinator will help with additional HR projects. In this role, you will be required to deliver excellent candidate experience and business partnership while driving efficiencies in all aspects of your responsibilities.
