Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consolidated product roadmap across all ArsenalOS teams
- Facilitate alignment workshops and syncs among product leads
- Implement systems to identify, track, and resolve cross-functional dependencies
- Maintain a risk register with an escalation process to address inter-team blockers
- Standardize recurring planning cadences
- Develop shared artifacts, templates, and reporting frameworks
- Track and analyze team health metrics and workflow performance
- Recommend tooling and process changes to improve velocity
- Produce presentations conveying ArsenalOS capabilities and future direction
- Establish mechanisms to align stakeholder priorities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent professional experience
