We are looking for a manager to join the team with a strong interest in supporting our strategic priorities by ensuring structured and effective engagement with our stakeholders, operations, regulatory, compliance and operational excellence teams in response to evolving regulatory and exam objectives. This role will be responsible for leading a team of quality analysts to report case quality and identify and execute process improvement initiatives. Furthermore, leading monetary control analysts who are responsible for monitoring and approving banking wires/checks and controls are adhered to.
