American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Managers, Business Development to Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio and with new lines of business. Develop and implement growth strategies for the business, identifying new spend opportunities and driving spend on card portfolios. Execute strategies for new business opportunities within an existing portfolio of accounts, prioritizing efforts across the portfolio. Monitor portfolio of early-tenure customers, high-potential customers, and/or high-spending customers, marketing to and engaging customers by linking their business priorities to American Express’s value proposition. Drive purchase decisions, and monitor and ensure spend is captured. Partner with internal business partners, including sales support resources, to optimize the client and customer experience, driving growth on new and existing portfolios.
Position requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Management of Technology, or a related field, and 1 year of experience with data mining and data analysis. Experience must include 1 year of experience with: performing financial data analysis to gain organizational insights and identify cost reductions; working with partners and cross-functional and geographically diverse teams; performing linear regression modeling and time series analysis using statistical techniques and tools; using MS Excel to structure data and generate models and reports; and performing data analysis and forecasting using SQL and Tableau. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually
