Responsibilities
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with underwriters and executives
- Master and leverage Kalepa's Copilot SaaS platform
- Prepare and present to C-level executives
- Plan and conduct client user training sessions
- Analyze large datasets to measure impact on client KPIs
- Lead user feedback sessions and ensure value delivery from Copilot
- Coordinate with Product team on issue resolution and platform enhancements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
