$18K - $60K // Part-time // Remote
We’re looking for creators who want to grow fast, make content they’re proud of, and be part of a YC-backed startup that’s blowing up.
You’ll run a new TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts account and post videos about research and Anara. If your content performs, you’ll earn more and grow with us.
Your job is to create short-form video content that’s smart, fun, and performs well (think: 50k+ views). You’ll join our growing team of 30+ creators already posting about research and studying.
You’ll:
Post on a new dedicated account (we’ll help you set it up)
Use our UGC Playbook and trends list to guide your videos
Share drafts for feedback before posting
Be part of a group chat to exchange ideas, inspiration, and performance updates
This is for you if you:
Love making content — or are eager to learn and get good fast
Are familiar with or curious about academic life and research
Want to post consistently, grow your skills, and build an account from 0 to viral
You’ll be joining creators like @researchwithellajade or @myastudies
$25 per video (7–20 videos per week)
Bonuses up to $500 for viral videos:
+$100 for 50k views
+$300 for 200k views
+$500 for 1M views
We care less about your background and more about your drive, curiosity, and ability to create and improve. These are the traits we value most:
Self-Starter → You take initiative, follow through, and figure things out without being told.
Creative → You bring fresh ideas and unique energy to your videos
Consistent → You’re ready to post regularly and build momentum
Analytical → You pay attention to performance and adapt your content to what works
Low Ego, High Curiosity → You’re open to feedback and always looking to get better
To apply, reach out with a couple of sentences about you, links to your previous content and when you can start. Applications without this information are automatically archived.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
