Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The Deputy Bureau Chief is a critical editorial leadership role for the MSNBC D.C. Bureau. The role is responsible for working closely with D.C. based correspondents and reporters to guide, refine and hone their daily reporting for all MSNBC platforms. The position is highly collaborative and will work closely with multiple editorial teams across MSNBC.
