Job Description
Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of information in our internal databases and systems. This role plays a vital part in ensuring data integrity and smooth organizational performance.
Responsibilities
Input, verify, and manage data in spreadsheets, CRMs, and databases
Maintain and update customer records, billing information, and other documents
Ensure data accuracy by reviewing and cross-checking information
Perform regular backups and keep track of database changes
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong typing skills (at least 50 WPM with accuracy)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
