We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our marketing department in executing campaigns that promote our services and strengthen our brand presence. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering impactful marketing and promotional initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for campaign logistics
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable feedback
Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and content
Maintain marketing databases and promotional inventories
Help organize trade shows, conferences, and company events
Perform administrative tasks to ensure marketing projects run smoothly
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
