We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Strategy Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative insight, and collaborative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform campaign decisions

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, reports, and presentations

  • Track key performance indicators and prepare reports on campaign performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Support the planning and implementation of digital and offline marketing initiatives

  • Monitor competitors and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with strategy or coordination focus

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of marketing platforms/tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
