Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role involves supporting account management, handling inquiries, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions
Assist with account setup and ongoing client support
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and deliver reports related to client performance and feedback
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in client service, account management, or administrative support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
