Compensation: $3,000 (salary based on assessment)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a Full Stack React Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, values creativity, and enjoys building impactful products. You’ll play a key role in the development of our core technology, working on both the front-end and back-end, collaborating closely with our Head of Engineering and Head of Ops.

This role is perfect for a self-motivated engineer who combines technical expertise with a sharp eye for product and user experience.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React

• Build performant and intuitive front-end interfaces

• Design and manage scalable databases

• Create, maintain, and monitor cron jobs and backend automation

• Implement and troubleshoot technical solutions quickly and efficiently

• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams

• Contribute to UI/UX decisions and product enhancements

• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI

Technical Requirements:

• Expert-level proficiency in React

• Proven full-stack development capabilities

• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies

• Experience with database management and architecture

• Ability to create and manage cron jobs and automation workflows

• Awareness of AI trends and tools (experience is a plus)

Required Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Proven ability to work full-time in the New York Time zone

• A personal portfolio showcasing independent or innovative projects

• Demonstrated passion for tech outside of work

• Ability to take ownership and deliver with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in consumer-facing products

• Strong design sense and an eye for UI/UX

• Previous work with content creation platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

• Ability to build clean, user-friendly interfaces
