The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Corporate Digital Media team based out of our Chicago office. This role is crafted for someone passionate about driving growth within existing customer accounts—through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across both Adobe Document Cloud and Creative Cloud.
As a BDR, you’ll partner closely with your account team to surface new opportunities within our customer base. You’ll research target accounts, engage key personas across lines of business, and personalize your outreach to generate high-quality sales conversations that lead to pipeline and revenue. This is an ideal role for someone who’s curious, consultative, and energized by value-based selling.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
