Company Description
The Democratic party is hiring Field Organizers in Tracy, CA and Manteca, Ca .
The FO is responsible for helping to execute the campaign’s field plan in their assigned area. Each Field Organizer will be responsible for an assigned region and satellite campaign office. Field Organizers will report to the Field Director.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in Tracy and Manteca
Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously
Responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching volunteers
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals including volunteer recruitment dials, volunteer shift recruitment, volunteer shift completion, and volunteer productivity
Qualifications
Desired Qualifications:
Applicants must provide their own laptop and have access to a car.
Campaign/Field experience preferred, but not required
Willing to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends
- A sense of humor is a plus
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
