We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager


Location: Lehigh Valley, PA (Hybrid) – Regular travel across our territories required

Position Type: Full-Time | Managerial / Leadership Role

Territory: Serving the Lehigh Valley up through the Scranton area

About the Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of field representatives and digital marketers. Your mission: to create and execute an integrated marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, drives revenue, and positions SERVPRO as the #1 restoration company across our Eastern Pennsylvania territories—from Lehigh Valley to Scranton.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of field marketing representatives and digital content creators

  • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across multiple platforms and service areas

  • Drive local branding initiatives by coordinating in-person outreach, community events, and business development efforts

  • Oversee the execution of social media, email campaigns, and content calendars, ensuring alignment with seasonal services and campaigns

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and refine our regional brand message

  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on ROI, KPIs, and emerging trends

  • Recruit, train, and build a high-performing marketing team with a shared vision of success

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
  • Has exceptional leadership skills and a passion for team development

  • Is highly creative with a strategic mindset—someone who can turn ideas into results

  • Understands how to balance boots-on-the-ground field efforts with data-driven digital marketing

  • Can think big picture while staying laser-focused on daily execution

  • Has experience with branding, storytelling, social media marketing, and community engagement

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in marketing, branding, or business development roles (agency or in-house)

  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management role

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and CRM systems

  • Prior experience in the restoration, construction, or service industry is a big plus

  • Ability to travel within Eastern PA (company vehicle provided)
