Achieve is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing campaigns and projects that drive customer engagement, conversion, retention, and servicing outcomes across our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in lifecycle marketing who wants to apply their skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive self-starter with strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized, multitask, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
Plan and execute monthly newsletters; measure performance, report insights, and refine for continuous improvement.
Update website content using the CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting guidelines.
Assist with the execution and QA of lifecycle campaigns across channels including email, SMS, push, web, video, and more.
Review and maintain marketing and communications materials to ensure alignment with brand, legal, and compliance standards.
Coordinate day-to-day project planning, execution, and tracking for lifecycle marketing initiatives that support brand, compliance, and broader organizational priorities.
Manage the inventory and documentation of lifecycle marketing materials; support compliance and audit requests.
Own and maintain reference materials that support customer communications and lifecycle planning, including journey maps, communication flows, consumer-facing materials, and campaign documentation.
Design and document key Lifecycle Marketing team processes, including writing standard operating procedures (SOPs); identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to drive clarity, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
Provide support for additional projects, campaign execution, and team operations as assigned.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Enthusiastic self-starter with up to 2 years of relevant experience, eager to grow.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong proofreading ability.
Proficient with tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Google Workspace. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and marketing automation and/or analytics tools is a plus.
