Position Summary

The Electronic Batch Records (EBR) Specialist will serve as a designer and author within the EBR team, primarily supporting monoclonal antibody (mAb) production. This role involves creating and maintaining electronic batch records, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and adhering to safety policies related to biological and chemical components and equipment. The EBR Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality through meticulous documentation and process adherence.

Hours: 1st shift. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Position Responsibilities

• Accurately translate production activities from paper-based records to EBR/PAS-X.
• Update and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to meet EBR requirements.
• Drive change control processes related to EBR implementation.
• Support ongoing EBR tasks for the Lincoln site.
• Design and author EBRs for manufacturing.
• Integrate EBR systems with existing equipment and software.
• Lead, mentor, and train colleagues on EBR processes and best practices.
• Provide departmental oversight and support as needed.
• Advocate for EBR implementation and foster acceptance within manufacturing teams.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with a preference for candidates with specific experience in mAb manufacturing and EBR programming.
