Senior SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager
Skills
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Expertise in technical accounting for complex transactions including business combinations and stock-based compensation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Workiva and NetSuite preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead drafting and filing of SEC financial documents including 10-Qs, 10-Ks and 8-Ks
- Support Proxy filing and maintain quarterly Disclosure Committee review processes
- Conduct research on complex technical accounting matters and draft accounting memorandums
- Ensure compliance with XBRL tagging and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Advise management on US GAAP and SEC regulations and drive new standards adoption
- Build strong relationships with key internal teams and external auditors
- Maintain accounting policy manual and support audit committee activities
- Contribute to M&A diligence, integration, and ad-hoc projects
- Continuously improve reporting processes and controls
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA or equivalent professional designation required
