Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 / year

Summary

The E-Commerce Growth Specialist is responsible for accelerating online sales through strategic initiatives, data-driven optimization, and innovative marketing approaches. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and e-commerce operations, with a laser focus on driving sustainable revenue growth.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to increase website conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize the customer journey
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve website performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create high-impact campaigns that drive qualified traffic
  • Optimize product pages, checkout processes, and site navigation to reduce friction
  • Implement and manage customer retention programs to maximize repeat purchases
  • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Work with merchandising team to optimize product assortments and pricing strategies
  • Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to enhance organic and paid search performance
  • Establish meaningful KPIs and prepare reports demonstrating growth impact

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and growth marketing techniques
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset 
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division 
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Will be required to submit to a background check
  • Must obtain all applicable state required: permits, licenses, certifications 
  • Travel between sites may be required



Benefits

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive yearly wage of $70,000-$90,000/yr paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, unlimited PTO, 16 hours of VTO per year, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
