Position Overview:

Reporting to the Social & Influencer Marketing Strategist the Social & Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in organizing and executing influencer gifting programs, managing content libraries, and engaging with our growing community. This role is part of the larger Celsius, Inc. portfolio, and will be supporting the Alani Nu product portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment, and has a strong grasp of influencer and social media landscapes.

Role Type: Full-Time, Remote

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management (internships included). Ideal candidates will demonstrate an understanding of influencer trends, platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and strong digital community instincts.
• Skilled in Excel for high-volume data organization and filtering (pivot tables/VLOOKUP not required). Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, social media monitoring tools, or CRM systems (e.g., Tribe Dynamics, Sprout Social).
• Ability to master influencer gifting processes and contribute directly to monthly campaign execution metrics. Capable of tracking UGC and influencer content with precision to support performance measurement and community engagement.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and structured in approach. Thrives in fast-paced, process-driven environments with consistent task execution and clear communication across stakeholders.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and collaborative team player. Eagerness to build relationships with creators and maintain efficient internal workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate influencer gifting operations including outreach, shipment tracking, and restocks.
• Maintain and organize high-volume influencer databases and product gifting records.
• Identify prospective influencers and initiate outreach aligned with campaign objectives.
• Support monthly campaign execution through seamless gifting and timely influencer engagement.
• Monitor brand mentions, tagged posts, and community chatter to ensure engagement and brand alignment.
• Source and archive user-generated content (UGC) across social platforms.
• Track influencer and UGC content, ensuring visibility of all campaign-aligned activity.
• Support day-to-day community management initiatives and digital outreach.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.  This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
