Since 2018, Wisp has been on a mission to put healthcare back in patients’ hands. We connect patients with hassle-free sexual + reproductive care online, with discreet and convenient treatment that saves them time, money, and stress. Our goal is to empower everyone to make the decisions about their health that are right for them. We’ve scaled quickly, serving patients across the nation and becoming part of the WELL Health family—and now we want you.
We are a growing, fully-remote team in the United States looking for collaborators who are committed to our mission, passionate about results, eager to build something amazing, and excited to have high levels of ownership, accountability, and personal growth.
We’re looking for a strategic and analytically minded Business Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting, strategy, or BizOps background who thrives on solving ambiguous problems, designing scalable systems, and using data to inform high-impact decisions.
You’ll lead and support cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our operations, partnering closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Ecommerce. The ideal candidate has a structured problem-solving approach, strong quantitative skills, and experience owning complex projects from 0 to 1. You should be comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and building clarity in fast-moving environments.
Lead Strategic Projects: Own high-priority initiatives from scoping through execution. Define the problem, structure the workstream, build analysis, and drive outcomes.
Data & Insights: Analyze operational and user behavior data using tools like Looker, Amplitude, SQL, or Excel to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and track key KPIs.
Cross-Functional Execution: Act as a connector across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure aligned execution and remove blockers to progress.
Operational Design: Identify pain points and inefficiencies; redesign workflows or build new processes that scale with the business.
Experimentation & Testing: Design and run small tests or pilots to validate ideas before rollout; measure impact and iterate based on results.
Strategic Planning Support: Support business planning and prioritization by sizing opportunities, modeling impact, and presenting findings to leadership.
Product & Pharmacy Support: Serve as a secondary point of contact for pharmacy communications to ensure product launches, updates, and issue resolutions are managed effectively.
You have 2–4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or an analytical role at a high-growth company or top-tier firm
You are an analytical thinker who builds models and dashboards to drive decisions and identify gaps or trends
You have excellent problem-solving and project management skills—you can take a vague problem and turn it into a structured plan
You are fluent in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable learning tools like Looker, Amplitude, Notion, or Asana
You can communicate clearly and influence effectively across cross-functional stakeholders
You have a bias toward experimentation and iteration, not perfection
You are naturally curious, autonomous, and thrive when given end-to-end ownership
Experience working in a telehealth, eCommerce, or healthcare-adjacent business
Comfort with SQL or tools like dbt, Hex, or similar
Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this position at present. Must be authorized to work in the country this requisition states.
