CPM Federal Credit Union seeks a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team. Are you a natural leader who wants to empower your team and banking operations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join the CPM Federal Credit Union team. In this role, you will be able to take the next step in your career if you possess excellent interpersonal and managerial skills and have experience in the financial industry.
Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. Some Saturdays 9 am- 12 pm may be required.

What You’ll Do:
· Oversees the operations of the branch, and manages resources and staff.
· Effectively coaches staff and assists in building employees’ futures through career pathing and counseling. Ensures that all required training is completed.
· Maintains and develops positive relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for the rest of the staff.
· Tracks individual progress and conducts performance appraisals on each employee. Formulates and implements corrective actions as needed.
· Develops, maintains, and actively contributes to an inclusive, empowering, professional, compassionate, engaging, and fun branch environment!
· Monitoring operational and sales activities in the branch to ensure all employees comply with established policies and procedures. Strives to achieve specific annual sales goals.
· Ensures branch security, ensures the building's opening and closing times are adhered to, and tests security equipment quarterly.
· Specific responsibility for branch reporting and operational audit schedules.
· Positively motivated and takes initiative to improve branch performance and exceed the member’s highest expectations.
· Maintain a strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
· Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
· Reasonable flexibility around scheduled work hours.
What You’ll Bring:
· Two to four years of similar or related retail branch experience
· High school graduate or equivalent. Four-year college degree preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
· Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.
