Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis on GenAI trends within customer experience and contact center innovation.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position Fuel iX’s AI-powered CX product suite.
- Create compelling content and thought leadership showcasing AI impact on CX performance.
- Enable sales teams with training, messaging, and resources for effective product selling.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to increase product awareness and adoption.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
