  • Lead initiatives to enhance communication with families regarding school services and programs.
  • Utilize technology and tools to streamline service processes and improve access to information.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer relations.
  • Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to drive improvements in service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
  • Familiarity with educational programs and services in a primary/secondary school environment.
