Responsibilities
- Manage specific regional territories to achieve marketing goals and objectives
- Grow customer base by increasing full funnel customer acquisitions
- Plan and execute localized community focused events and grassroots partnerships
- Coordinate strategic account visits with revenue teams, dispensary and brand clients
- Enhance client relationships through meaningful engagement and support activities
- Develop strategic partnerships with culturally relevant partners
- Execute programming within allocated marketing budgets and track performance
- Lead key stakeholders in developing campaigns, partnerships, and events
- Evaluate marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI)
- Support overall revenue and marketing team goals
- Drive Weedmaps collaborative strategic partnership programs across multiple categories
- Manage company assets including a Sprinter Van and storage inventory
- Manage all aspects of event production including negotiations, logistics, budgeting, and reporting
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
