Our mission is to give the world access to the best products by empowering great brands to reach their growth potential.
Today's consumer brands need a capital provider that keeps pace with their growth ambitions. Traditional financing options are slow, cumbersome and often out of reach. That's why we built Wayflyer.
Our unique technology allows us to assess businesses in minutes, generate financing offers that reflect their growth potential and send funds in as little as 24 hours.
Since launching in April 2020, we've deployed over $4.5bn to thousands of brands worldwide, backed by Tier 1 banks like J.P. Morgan. We've become a trusted financing partner for some amazing brands, like True Classic, Little Words Project and Kekoa Foods.
Teams at Wayflyer are truly cross-functional. You'll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world - all striving to deliver on a huge opportunity. Check out this video to hear directly from them.
At Wayflyer, we value being sound people, excellent operators, and ambitious overachievers, working together with integrity, creativity, and bold optimism to deliver exceptional results. To learn more, please visit our website.
Wayflyer is evolving from a single-product lender into a multi-product financial partner for merchants. Our Banking product is at the heart of that journey.
As Senior Product Manager – Banking, you’ll lead the development of our banking experience. This includes everything from account creation, balances, and transaction flows to cards, treasury services, cash management and more. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and external partners like BaaS providers to bring modern banking experiences to life for our merchants.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role. You'll not only be responsible for building a great product, but also for ensuring it lands with customers. That means owning the full product lifecycle, from early discovery through to go-to-market and the commercial outcomes.
You’ll own the core infrastructure and customer experience of our banking product. From onboarding flows and KYC to transaction monitoring and reconciliation, you’ll help us build a banking experience that is not only built for the realities of B2B commerce but feels intuitive and is loved by our customers.
You’ll play a central role in turning financial infrastructure into product leverage. That means working closely with our Data and Risk teams to build smarter controls, partnering with Growth and Partnerships to drive adoption, and collaborating with Design to deliver frictionless user experiences.
You’ll also be expected to define what success looks like owning the go-to-market strategy, ensuring internal teams are set up for launch, and driving accountability for clear, measurable product outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to own a new product line, while sitting inside a scale-up that already serves thousands of customers globally.
Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for our Banking product.
Partner with your product leadership trio to ship high-quality experiences across account setup, payments, cards, and transaction insights.
Collaborate closely with our Research team to generate insights, identify opportunities for exploration, and co-design experiments that inform product direction and strategy.
Work closely with external partners (e.g. BaaS providers) to integrate capabilities and evolve the product in line with changing regulations and opportunities.
Collaborate across teams, especially Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales and CS, to ensure we build scalable, compliant, and high-quality banking experiences.
Take ownership of go-to-market: partner with Marketing and Growth teams to define positioning, train internal teams, shape collateral, and track adoption.
Define success upfront, set clear targets, and drive accountability for achieving outcomes, not just shipping features.
Lead structured discovery and validation processes to make confident product decisions rooted in customer and business value.
Own product performance, monitor usage, collect feedback, iterate quickly, and always focus on improving impact.
5+ years of experience in product management, including senior-level ownership of complex financial products or platforms.
Strong understanding of banking, payments, or financial infrastructure, especially in a B2B and fintech context.
Experience working with BaaS or embedded finance providers is a strong plus.
Proven track record of taking products to market and driving commercial adoption.
A self-starter mindset with high ownership and a bias for action, you thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments.
A user- and outcome-driven mindset, you define success through the impact created for customers and the business.
Product instincts combined with analytical rigour, you can balance data, UX, and commercial considerations to make smart bets.
Strong communication and influencing skills, you align teams and rally stakeholders behind a shared vision.
Passion for building tools that empower entrepreneurs and reshape the financial landscape.
You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon. If we believe you're a good fit, the first step will be a conversation with a recruiter who will guide you through the next stages of the process. The full interview process, which includes meeting the Hiring Manager and completing a case study or interview loop, typically takes approximately four to six weeks.
