Visa’s Global FX & Cross Border Solutions team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive product initiatives and develop capabilities that support exotic currency expansion and address the cross-border needs of international merchants and payment facilitators (payfacs). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the foreign exchange (FX) market, multicurrency solutions, cross-border payments, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on FX, cross-border payments, or financial technology.
• Strong knowledge of the FX market, currency trading, and cross-border payment processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products in a global environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with international merchants and payfacs is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, and product roadmapping software.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100.00 to 230,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
