Job Description

The Network Products & Solutions at Visa is focused on extending our network products and solutions portfolio, bringing innovative products to market and enhancing the Cardholder, Issuer and Merchant experiences through new solutions. The Cardholder Experiences team is part of the Network Products & Solutions team and is specifically focused on delivering expanded capabilities that can be exposed to cardholders. Build on existing Subscription Manager and Stop Payments products to supercharge subscription management and target recurring payment flows. The team is also responsible to successfully help execute on the 2030 Network Products growth plan, and to deliver on revenue expectations. We are looking for a Product Analyst for the Cardholder Experience team.

Essential Functions:

  • Design mechanisms to monitor, report and accelerate OKRs and KPIs
  • Proactively manage executive reporting activities, creating narratives/content for various audiences
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources to provide the team with actionable insights for product improvements and portfolio growth.
  • Partner with business teams to identify processes that could be automated
  • Collaborate with various departments to define stakeholder engagement models and reporting mechanisms to achieve business goals.
  • Build relationships with global and regional product management, marketing, design, data sciences, technology, finance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve client issues by leveraging tools and platforms and collaborating with internal partners to facilitate resolution.
  • Manage cross team day-to-day activities (managing product mailbox, bi-weekly reporting etc.)

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management, business planning and operations
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle (e.g. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with product/project management tools (e.g., Jira Align, Power BI, MS Project).
  • Prepare and present rich analytics to identify portfolios performance and effectiveness.

Additional Information

Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position. Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this position.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600.00 to 166,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
