- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and optimize operations.
- Support emerging business units and growth initiatives with rigorous financial analysis.
- Collaborate on M&A, partnerships, and build-buy evaluations with Strategy and Corporate Development.
- Drive financial visibility and discipline via scalable processes and robust analytics.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team fostering excellence and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to align financial goals and execution.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
