Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Travel & Expense program including a team of 3 FTEs focusing on travel and expense reviews
- Advise senior executives on travel spend analysis, policy governance, and program improvements
- Implement global travel strategies adapted for regional business needs
- Establish strong processes, controls, and support for operational excellence
- Partner with Executive Assistants and provide ad-hoc support for executive travel
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with hotels, airlines, and car rental agencies
- Handle escalations with strong communication skills
- Oversee travel and expense management tasks such as unused ticket management and expense approvals
- Support timely month-end close processes and manage related insurance programs
Education
- Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience preferred
