VanishID is growing and we want you to join our mission to keep people and enterprises safe. We are adding an entry-level Managed Services Analyst to our team, who will play a crucial part in delivering value to enterprise customers. This person will be an integral part of our Managed Services team. This is a unique opportunity to join us at this early stage, where you will feel the impact of your work every day and have an open runway for growth. We are a remote-first company and are open to candidates throughout the United States. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do in the (entry-level) Managed Services Analyst role:

• Support the managed services team as directed, which could include supporting customer questions, conducting internet research, and developing reports

• Assist in the development and maintenance of internal databases and tracking systems

• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols

• Perform other duties as assigned

Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (need to have):

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in using online search engines and internet browsers

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Characteristics we are looking for in a candidate include (nice to have):

• Basic understanding of data privacy concepts

• Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
