Skills
- 3+ years of Encompass experience
- Experience with Vesta LOS (preferred)
- Understanding of MCR and HMDA submission
- Working knowledge of TRID disclosure timelines
Responsibilities
- Own and become the lending expert of TRID disclosure timelines
- Understand and assist MLOs on fee analysis
- Monitor for ECOA compliance
- Review and reconcile interest rate locks
- Perform Encompass billing reconciliations
- Manage Adverse Action second level reviews
- Monitor and test the lending change management process
- Perform targeted compliance testing as needed
- Assist regulatory submissions of HMDA data and NMLS Call Reports
- Assist with state required reporting as needed
