Recreation Assistant (Facilities Operator) NF-02
Job Description
Duties
- Cleans recreation equipment, supplies and facility area.
- Prepares work order for maintenance which cannot be completed by self-help.
- Polices interior and exterior areas of building and grounds and performs general housekeeping to make facilities/playing fields/pools/outdoor courts ready for use.
- Prepares requirement lists for appropriated and nonappropriated supplies and equipment due to demand or need for replacement items.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with Army Regulation 215-3.
- This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
- Must be willing to accept intermittent, on-call employment.
- Management reserves the right to reassign employees to other facilities.
- Work schedule will be irregular. The incumbent will be required to work, nights, weekends, holidays and/or unique events.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- performed work that demonstrates the ability to perform the following duties:securing the facility, AND
- issuing equipment to customers, AND
- collecting fees (ex: registration for trip, payment of rented equipment, etc.), AND
- monitoring inventory (ex: Supplies, equipment, etc.)., AND
- possess and have the ability to maintain a valid driver's license (MUST BE UPLOADED AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION).
