Responsibilities

- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with our business to business customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for B2B customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service and sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and stay informed about sustainable energy solutions and industry changes.
- Residence in or near the Schaumburg, IL area.
